Shop & Commercial FloorS

Floors Built for Hard Use

Level, hard-wearing floors for shops, warehouses and commercial buildings.

A shop floor has to take trucks, forklifts, jacks, dropped tools and years of hard use without cracking up or dusting off. We pour level, hard-wearing floors across Western Manitoba and Eastern Saskatchewan, and we pour them for the work that's going to happen on them.

  • Shop and machine-shed floors
  • Warehouse and commercial building floors
  • Heated floors with in-floor heat pipe set before the pour
  • Equipment pads and slabs

What We Pour

A heated shop floor is worth doing right the first time, because the heat pipe goes in before the pour and there's no fixing it after. We set and secure the in-floor heat before the concrete goes down, tie it in properly, and pour over it without disturbing the layout. Done once, done right.

Why It Holds Up

Over ten years of flatwork tells you where floors fail. We get the base solid and compacted, set the right thickness and reinforcement, keep the mix right instead of soupy, cut control joints where the slab should move, and finish it to last. If you need the building too, we put up the steel or pre-cast on the same job.
