Farm concrete takes a beating most floors never see. Washdown, manure, hooves, heavy equipment, grain loads, and a hard freeze every winter. We've been pouring it for over ten years, so we pour it for the job instead of pouring it like a basement floor and hoping it holds.

A barn floor has to handle washdown, manure, animals and equipment, day after day. The slope and the finish matter as much as the concrete. We talk through how you run the barn before we pour, because the finish that works for a dairy isn't the one that works for a hog barn.

Barn Floors

A grain-bin pad has to carry a full bin without settling or cracking, and it has to sit level so the bin sits true. We pour grain-bin pads, granary floors and the footings under them, sized for the load and built on a base that won't move.
